GRANT OF LICENSE ================ For clients operating ChilliDB under OnSite licensing, Polymorphic Solutions Pty Ltd grants to you as an individual, a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and execute a single PRODUCTION instance and a single TRAINING instance of the SOFTWARE on either one single computer or sepate database and web servers if necessary. For clients operating ChilliDB under a Polymorphic Solutions Hosting Agreement, Polymorphic Solutions Pty Ltd grants to you as an individual, a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to a single PRODUCTION instance of the SOFTWARE. You may purchase access to an additional single TRAINING instance if required. If you are an entity Polymorphic Solutions Pty Ltd grants you the right to appoint an individual within your organization to use and administer the SOFTWARE subject to the same restrictions enforced on individual users. You may operate, at one time, only the number of seats (installations or access to hosted services) and licensed users that you hold licenses for. You must purchase additional seats (installations or access to hosted services) and users licenses to operate additional seats (installations or access to hosted services) and user licenses. You must not share login credentials with others. COPYRIGHT ========= All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by Polymorphic Solutions Pty Ltd, its suppliers, or component vendors.
